As tag line suggests, its a love story spread in three eras, same story repeats 3 times. Charming pairs will get drowned while the singles will be jealous/bored. Romantic genre has made a successful come back in bollywood.But its a one time watch.

You’re unlikely to enjoy the subsequent love stories as much, what with all the overacting from both leads – particularly Priyanka Chopra in the modern-day portion where her American twang suddenly makes an appearance, and Shahid Kapoor in the 1910 episode who puts you off with his smugness.Teri Meri Kahaani doesn’t work despite potential in the premise. Shahid is in his best dreamboat mode but Priyanka lapses into a range of artificial mannerisms.  The best thing about Teri Meri Kahaani is the recreation of Mumbai in 1960. This must have sounded good on paper but on film, it translates into a banal romance that wants to be all things at once. I just wish Kunal had built a better romance around it.....Read Full Review

Shahid Kapoor is excellent in all the three roles. Priyanka Chopra also does the fullest justice to all her roles. Kunal Kohli's direction is fair. He has not been able to add the entertainment quotient to the desired level. Tere Meri Kahaani has some entertaining moments but lacks overall entertainment value. Shahid and Priyanka, though they look cute on screen, have not been able to rekindle the magic of KAMINEY. Poor script or break-up in their relationship? I guess it is the former!
