Even after getting thumbs up by all the critics (almost all) of India Shanghai failed to collect according to the expectations. Its believed that it had become the victim of Rowdy Rathore. The film had no drawbacks but the timing was set poorly (talking about release date). If it was set away from film like Rowdy Rathore, Shanghai would have got grand success. Well Emraan still believes that the film changed his image in the bollyworld, and we too expect him to bounce back with more of it.
